Return & Refund Policy – NATYAM
At NATYAM, every costume is crafted with attention to detail and quality. As many of our products are made-to-order and customized, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain fairness for both our customers and our brand.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Customized or made-to-measure costumes
• Products purchased on sale or discount
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You will be required to share:
• Order number
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
4. Refunds
• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers can place a new order after completing a return (if eligible).
6. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Once processing or production has begun, cancellations will not be accepted
7. Important Notes
• Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences
• Size issues will not be considered a defect — please refer to our size guide before ordering
