• Made-to-order / customized products: Dispatched within 3–7 business days
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation (except Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable)

• Delivery within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Remote locations may take longer depending on courier service availability

• Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout

• If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately
• If accepted, report the issue within 48 hours with clear photos/videos
